What happen to my website some files are gone

The last time when I check i was perfectly fine 'till that day
about upgrading something and now some of my file are gone.
My problem is that I don't have a backup to those files
and now I only see is this http://freetextads.exofire.net/

Can someone admin that can help me please! I'm on absolut server...
I was working for that site hours and hours and this is what I get...
