what happened to my account

hi,

my account ev********@gmail.com - exists but it won't let me change password because i don't get the email for reset, and it won't let me make an ew account on this email.


please help my reset my account or start fresh with this email.

Do you have a domain listed for this account? I can not see any service attached to the forum name you are posting from to review this issue since the email address is also blurred ( which is fine and understanding)

Does the system per chance say that the email exists on the forum and ask you to provide the credentials of your forum account?
I assume you refer to the same email as you have here on the forums with the blurred one, it does at least match what is shown, and under that email address I can not see any panel account that is active.
If you haven't used the service for a few years it may not have transferred to the new backend system for free hosting that was implemented a couple years ago.
Do you have a domain that is still active, and which one is it in that case? If the domain is active still there may just be the panel account that is bugged and not migrated properly, in which case we can sort it if you sign up for a new panel account and do NOT create service.
