What happened to my account?

I haven't been on my website that I am hosting with you guys in a while, so i decided to look at it today, and it says the server cannot be found. so i try logging into x10hosting.com (main page) and it says i need to link a hosting account to my forum account. what happened?

If you have not logged into the x10 Forums in over a month it is likely that your account has been terminated.
If you tell me what your cPanel username was I can check.
