What happened to my site?

I hope someone will help me. I have been patient because i know about the server migration and all.. But I think its all complete now. My site http://orionartz.co.cc/ / http://techproguy.x10hosting.com/ has been down for over a month.

• I cant access Cpanel
• It keep showing '
  'Error establishing a database connection'
• I cant access my ftp also

Try resetting your cPanel password: http://tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html
Then use this cPanel URL: http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/ and use this server for FTP: boru.x10hosting.com
For the MySQL, once you have cPanel access, click on "Remote MySQL." Add the following addresses to the list:
int.boru.x10hosting.com
