What happened to my site? it has been down since the server issuse started never seen it back since.

i use my domain it was templeofgod.x10hosting.com or temple.x10hosting.com
but when i put my domain it removed it.

When was the last time you accessed your account? It's possible that it has been terminated due to inactivity.

if was before the mysql stuff got changed and they redid the server but that is only because, it has been down since. also i don't have a backup because i was going to make one but it went down.

What is weird I don't see 'temple' in the backup of ad-enhanced. We backed up ALL accounts before we did the server overhauls at the beginning of the year. I have not removed them yet so it should be in there unless it was terminated prior.

I also checked the termination log and I do not see it listed there. Are you sure your cPanel name was 'temple'?

Your account was terminated for inactivity. Your account was terminated the date "Thursday, December 13th 2007".
If you don't login to your account in two weeks, your account gets suspended for inactivity. You then have 10 days to claim for unsuspension, if you don't do it your account gets automatically terminated. This is what happened with your account.

is there any chance i can get it back? and if not can i get my files and Mysql data from backups?

I'll look in backups but if it was terminated on the 13th I think that may have been before we made the global ones for the server move. I'll check it out.

That's rare, I don't see any account with the username "temple". The message you may be getting is that you already have an account, and to use it.

Your account seems to be created fine. Do you require the backup?

yes, but my domain templeofgod.uni.cc isn't working my nameserver should be the same from lasttime. but i can't get into my domain control panel because the upgrading it.
