I helped someone set up a site on an x10 Prime account 5 years ago. The site is down and because the dns is hosted elsewhere, I changed the server ip address - but now I'm getting the "Apache is functioning normally" page.
I'm pretty sure the site owner wasn't logging in regularly so does this mean the site as been deleted?

Prime was a plan you paid for yearly, and it has not been offered for a few years and no billing for renewal would have occurred, so technically they all expired a few years back.

We did allow previous Prime account holders to keep that status free of charge up until now (technically some of the plan is still active), the purge we did was done directly on the server and not through the backend system

Quite possible the account would have been deleted as inactive, however only the account holder can request support.
