We have all the servers clustered through cPanel so they share DNS entries. When we added the new xeon the other day it caused all the servers to get stuck in a loop with DNSAdmin causing the server downtime. I was on the phone with The Planet for an hour yesterday while they figured it out, they told me it is a known bug with cPanel. I will be suspending new sign-ups later today until we get everything sorted.
