What has been changed in support since 2009?

Hello.

I am writing this post, cause my last 3 threads has not been answered... There have been times, when we were getting so much help...But seems like after Corey's "Over Helping" post, things has been changed so much that, now I even don't get any response...

I am looking into the other posted threads and replies...and realize that, the threads commonly get answered, are general questions in which even many basic members could help (but free users are not allowed to do it), and the posts related with "suspended" accounts and "unreachable" websites, where mostly the answers are look like same: "You were suspended for High Resource Usage", "I've unsuspended", "Flush your DNS" ... As regards technical questions, support - they are mostly unanswered, unattended...

I hope I am wrong...

Bump your last threads; as this isn't a support request I will lock this thread.

Oh, now I'm pretty sure about that non-technical threads getting replied fastly :smile:

But still no response to my last threads. One of them I closed myself, cause after several days I decided to contact directly...But in fact I shouldn't do it, as because it is Free hosting, and so support isn't on Private level. So I'm thankful to the person, who responded to my private message regarding the question, which stayed as unaswered thread for several days.
