To whom it may concern:

I have finally gotten the website set up, and once I had everything uploaded, it was working fine. I tested out the website and everything. Then, I went to manage account and change the domain to a custom domain. Well, I could not access it anymore through the website address.
Later I gave up, and put it back on the subdomain, but I still cannot access it anymore. I researched, and it says something about needing the "nameserver" to be "ns1.x10hosting.com" and "ns2...." What is a nameserver, how do I change it, and how do I get the website back online?
For anyone who can help, the website should be paladinecclesia.org or paladinecclesia.x10hosting.com. I cannot find out why they are not coming up anymore when my account says that is what it is... hmmm. If someone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Account Holder

A nameserver is a server that points your domain to a server. To add a custom domain go to your registrar and make the nameservers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com then change it in the account panel.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the change to take effect because of dns propogation.
