What is billing account?

Its just the signup part of it, cos the script cant get the cPanel pass's so it asks you to create one

Also regarding those server names you see.

They are the actual hostname of the server. cPanel requires this to be a fully qualified domain name which won't be used anywhere else i.e. skyy.x10hosting.com isn't used anywhere else in the x10 setup so it is a valid server name.

The hostname of this server should be a Fully Qualified Domain Name that will not be used elsewhere on the server. You should never set your hostname to an name that is already used (www, ftp, mail, etc) or to the name of an account on the server (www.domain.com). This means that your hostname should never be a domain name and especially not the name of your domain!!

And, one more thing: When I click on "upgrade account", it only shows the paid plans.
