What is FTP Address ?

I tried to connect to my site through FTP client ( FlashFXP ) , but I can't . Look like I got a wrong FTP address . Please tell me what is FTP address ?
Ex : my site is mysite.exofire.net . What is the FTP address ?

It's different for different clients, try things like:

ftp://mysite.exofire.net
ftp.mysite.exofire.net
ftp://ftp.exofire.net

For your address just put your subdomain (or domain) and for your username put your cPanel username.

For example, I log in to address cynicalgames.com using username cynicmwm and, of course, my password.
