What is going on now?

Im sorry... this is frustrating...
I haven't been able to really do anything on my site for over 2 days now. Is there any way I could get some information on whats going on?
Now Im getting a message:

Is there something that I need to fix or is this part of the update/repair work that is going on?
Please help me understand...
