It varies.

Maybe 10 min's. Hopefully within the next few hours, at least - but maybe longer if the servers are busy doing something else.

The system has changed since I signed up, but you probably still get a confirmation email with a code that you need to enter.

I assume you have already got this, though sometimes this can take a while also!

This is a good webhost, though, so I'm sure you'll be glad you waited.
