This is starting to become a joke! This is a joke.

I start support threads and they keep getting closed without the issue beeing solved.

After several weeks and forum, and mail correpondance I finally got the answer that my account was lost and my data was not transfered when you upgraded your systems.

I then after several questions and many weeks got the ansewer that you should restore a backup database if I created a new hosting account. I did that, and now NOTHING happens, I waited some weeks for your response, but the only thing you do is to close my suppport threads!

this is really, really bad practice. I have been so patient even that I have not been able to use my blog since January (and thereby lost all my readers), but now I am really mad when you continue to ignore this issue where you lost all my data, destroyed my blog, and on top of it ignore me! for months!

Three weeks ago Syed/gamingX got a message from me that I had created a new hosting account as he suggested (there where some problems with creating an account with the same username - so he fixed/cleared something, and asked me to try again, and the second time around it did succeed to register a new account with my previous username).

Two weeks ago (the 24th march) I sent him a message and asked how it was going with my database.

So something is not right here.
