What is host to more than 10GB.

If you stay within the TOS and manage to get 10gb on the host, that'd be fine.
The problem is you're actually breaking it right now - your site is in an unsupported language without a translation. I have applied a temporary suspension as such; if you wish, we can remove it, and you would have 48 hours to bring your site in line with the TOS. I feel this is pretty generous, you've had 5 and a half months to do so since the account was created, and you still haven't bothered to do so.
