What is my server limit?

my current server status is :

Server Load 0.96 (8 cpus)

Memory Used 19.9 %

Swap Used 0 %

Disk /dev/simfs (/) 38 %

what is the maximum server load can i use to avoid suspension?

The server load it is showing is overall, not only your personal. The high resource usage is counted like this

more cpu usage for a less time say 2 sec is not a problem. But high usage for longer period triggers the high resource usage scripts which suspends the hosting account to balance the usage among the remaining users.

Check your plugins and scripts which runs longer period and takes high resources can cause your suspension.
