My account got suspended today but I unsuspended it automatically but
You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

what is correct meaning because I couldn't understand what was wrong with site I have not at anytime used copyright material and I login regularly also...

khan.exofire.net is the site can you tell whats so that I should be careful next time...

It means the scripts running on your site are taking more resources than the permitted for long duration. Then the site will be suspended for high resource usage to control the resource usage.

This will be in 3 times. First two times you can unsuspend yourself in Account panel But third time the staff has to do it for you.

Check what program or plugins you are installing or running at the time of suspension.

EDIT

You are using wordpress. There are some plugins takes high resources. check them. :)

Resources are related to CPU usage and memory used for the process, and how long it is running.

If you are using he joomla check by disabling the recently installed or used plugins.

Also check your error logs in cpanel. If anything is repeatedly there, it could mean one of your scripts is stalling trying to find a file, so that would be why a script could be running for too long.
