What is the information for FTP login?

I have made an FTP account for my account, but I can't get Dreamweaver CS4 to interact with the server. I know my login name and password, but for some reason I can't find what the "FTP Host" is that Dreamweaver needs specified. Can you help me figure this out?

The host is just your website address with FTP:// instead of http://

You can log in with your cPanel login details.
