What is the MX Address?

My domain is registered at Ionos. I am trying to get it to point to my site at X10Hosting. I am also hosting email here at X10, and as such would like the MX record to point here. What address do I use? x12.x10hosting.com? mail.x10hosting.com? Something else? TIA!

The recommended way would be to update the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, that way everything would already be setup.
