Well, personally, I don't really play a lot of games, but sometimes these weird games pop up from windows and force you to play them. I had to play mario once  and I was really annoyed by the end of it.
Hmmm. Both of the Katamari games were pretty weird. I played a game called the Urbz once, which was some bastardized version of the Sims. This wouldn't have been too weird except that my first occupation was "Ferret Wrangler"...I had to hold ferrets down and dress them in little outfits.
Hey guys, personally the weirdest game I've ever played was a game that my uncle introduced me to which was called Toejam & Earl on the Sega Genesis. It was about two funky hip-hop aliens that needed to find lost parts to the funkadelic powerhouse bass rattlin 60000 watt spaceship (don't quote me on that! LoL) that had broken apart during their crash landing on some strange planet.
I have quite a large collection aswell. (74+) But I'm not sure to eliminate a good one. I'd say Turning point - Fall Of Liberty, Not sure why but it has a funny weird felling to it.
I personally find Siren "weird," but in a different sense. Psychological horror is usually my forte (I'm a Silent Hill nut), but I do like it. That being said, the cutscenes really weird me out. They look like they're emulating film in 8fps, so everything is really choppy and definitely not humanlike. There are also slightly bad British actors doing voice overs for the Japanese characters, and it just gives a really unsettling effect - more than the gun-toting zombies in the game for me.
