What is the x10sitebuilder?

I noticed on my cpanel that there is a new app for a sitebuilder, anyone use it yet? what does it do?
Edit:
I am getting this error when i clock on it to log in and start it.

I would try it again and if it gives you the same error, submit a ticket. It looks to me that the permissions on the /tmp/ folder are wrong.

Are you talking about paid hosting???? If you are talking about free hosting then mine is working fine.
