What is this ? wordpress posts error 404

Hellooooooooooooo there !!!!!!!!!!
am using wordpress on my blog. recently I`ve upgraded it to v3.. there s some new features in ths 1 like " blogs network " any way I tried to enable it by following instructions which told me 1st to deactivate all plugins then reactivate them again ... I did every thing but cancelled it cuz I didnt find it`ld be useful , any way after that I`ve checked all my blog posts and pages , they all redirect to 404 x10hosting error page which tells : Page doesnt exist ..................
so any 1 could help me plz urgently !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks to me like something knocked out your .htaccess file or your 'SEO friendly links' plugin. Is there a file named '.htaccess' in the wordpress directory? (You will have to enable 'Show hidden files' in FileManager or in FTP to see it)

try switching your permalinks to this format instead

www.yoursite.com/topic/post-name

after that is done it should reset all the blog posts to a different page. This must have been because the addon messed up the urls and deleted the page content however from what i see it seems to be cached in your website somewhere. Try that out and see if it works.
