the windows 7 i downloaded didnt need a serial also the sidebar didnt work on mine i should also say that if you enable the wallpaper slideshow and you're running a slower machine or have an integrated videocard, 1024mb ram, single core cpu dont turn it on it will seriously slow down your machine

The system is not leaked, It's a pre-release version from Microsoft thats designed to act as a marketing solution to get more hype about their new OS and so that it can be tested on a variety of different hardware. It's completely legal unless you start trying to reverse-engineer it or something like that.
