what is wrong with the hosting

my site is not functioning www.maenzaghloul.com. The email connected with this account is not working as well.

Please help.

The hosting looks okay, the issue is however your domain is set up, it's returning SERVFAIL (no records); is it set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com or is it set to a specific ip address?

Have you pointed your DNS server to x10's name servers? (ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com)

If so, have you set up your domain as an addon domain in your cpanel?

whois shows nameservers set to ns1.x10hosting.com etc

chopin is 74.63.233.26
the system shows his server as chopin and IP as 216.245.205.66

An admin needs to adjust this

Yup something's definitely off then; I'm not even getting a response to say what ip he's actually on. Escalate button is broken though, so I guess it's just hanging tight until either that button gets re-added on vB4 or until staff sees it.

Should've thought to do a whois first, my bad.
