Mine is a toss up between

World of Warcraft
and
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (1 + 2)

im secretly angry at modern warfare 2 for taking out the G36 and im still hooked on the first MW maps but really enjoying the new MW and especially the Co-Op mode.

overall, depends what im in the mood for, headshotting nubs or raiding with nubs!! :-D

Played sauerbraten quite frequently some time ago.
To be honest, i was addicted to it.. :biggrin:

It's an open source 3D shooter focusing mainly on multiplayer (there is a singleplayer part too).

Extremely fast gameplay and very skilled players there - try it, it's free!

isnt Runescape the really pixelated 3D game where the characters look like they have no elbows? kind of like final fantasy 7 but really *poor*!?

Jagex kind of fixed those pixelation issues with the Runescape High Detail version of the game. The Standard Detail version of it still looks like it did years ago. The High Detail version still looks and sounds like crap though.
