Could not connect to the database


thats what I just got when i tried to go to my forums. They were working this morning. I am on intermediate and I have done the tutorial that i need to change the config file. But the weird thing is when I go onto my Cpanel it says to myslq databases are being used so its like i haven't installed anything.

Were you working on/installing the forum during the server migration (over the past 5-6 days). If so, your database may be lost or outdated.

There was a server migration??? I didn´t knew and I lost some information too.
Is there a post about the migration????to know in wich dates, ocurred and if there are going to be more troubles
