What level of service do I need in order to activate phpinfo()?

I'm a university student in a PHP course needing to be able to display phpinfo() in my web page. I understand the free hosting has this blocked. What level of service do I need to unblock it? Will Prime membership be sufficient?

"Prime" is a upgrade for 'limits' only
