What problems is Absolut having?

Please tell me why is Absolut going down every hour or so since MONTHS now.

The support tickets are sucking at this, they won't tell what's the issue, but they tell instead server is absoulte and up, you may have problem.


What is going on I can't understand.

Atleast tell me when it will be going to be proper?

Support ticket hasn't helped me a bit!

To be honest, the staff that answer those support tickets have a better clue on what is going on than us, the same type of member that you are.

We can only gather the same information and make guesses and speculations. There have been server issues as related in the Server Alert section of the forum.

No there are no alerts, that is what causing more trouble.

This was posted 2 days ago. Regarding various other servers. But, as you can probably read through various posts in this section and others, it seems due to one server or another, it has affected the lot of them.

Although there hasn't been specific announcements about each and every server problem, they seem to be interrelated. This is what I was trying to point out with my earlier message.

At this point, what I've been reading is the best bet is to just patiently sit and wait it out.

Hamsn, be very patient. I and x10 staff know that Absolut is/was having problems. With all the servers they own/run, it's a difficult job to help maintain them. But do be patient, and one of the X10 Admins will get to your support ticket
