When i going to load my web site " http://achintha.x10hosting.com/ " it's give flowing massage " http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ "

When i log to my Cpanel it's says "your account is currently in good standing"

What should i do for this ? :dunno::dunno::dunno::dunno::dunno:

Have you tried to log in (with your forum username/pass) here ; http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php

If you can, look in the right panel for "View Suspension Report" & also "Modify Your Account".

Between these 2 sections, you should be able to find out why your are suspended, & unsuspend yourself.

This is quicker than waiting for your Support ticket, because they are flooded with tickets at the moment due to all the server upgrade work. Also, do not "bump" your ticket, because that puts it to the bottom of the queue again.

If it doesn't work, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait.

Please post back here with your progress/ results, so that other members can learn from your experience. :)

Well it says why you were suspended there. Have you tried unsuspending yourself, the way that I said in my last post? Look for a button or link to click there, to unsuspend yourself.

If you've already tried before, try it again. I think some people said they got the "not applicable" message, but after a while they were unsuspended anyway, & their site worked again. So the "not applicable" message sounds like a bug & you should ignore it.

Note : all old Support tickets have now been closed for everyone. So if you've done what I said above, & waited a while, & your site still isn't fixed, then submit a new Support ticket. Only staff can fix it for you.

: The staff are getting flooded with Support tickets during the server upgrade work, which is being done to provide for x10's long-term future.

  • Read the forum for help & avoid submitting a ticket unless you really have to.
  • Please be patient & wait - they will get to you eventually. Don't "bump" your Support ticket, because that will put it to the back of the queue again.
  • Corey has warned that people submitting frivolous, rude or multiple tickets may get banned from the Support system.
  • Unfortunately, because of the ticket spamming, there has been need in the past to close all tickets - both the frivolous and the important ones. Therefore it is important to regularly check the status of your ticket, & if necessary re-open it if it gets closed.

Remember that this is a free service, supported by an active & unpaid community of staff & other x10 members (myself being one of them!) :)
