Nobody is replying to my tickets and everyone is sending me to News Updates from two days ago that does not appear to be relevant to my problem.

To repeat, I am getting a HTTP 400 Bad Request Error - not a 404 error which means it's down. Also, when I try and login to account pannel, it says my account is not linked to a hosting account.

The reason you are getting referrals to the News articles is because Corey said that there were some problems with the accounts being transferred over. So they do apply to your problem and you were directed to the most current info we have available to us.

Hence, since you are receiving an error that indicates your account is not linked to x10hosting you need to submit a support ticket, make sure the title of the message is clear "Account not linked to x10Hosting"

More cannot be done or said for you via the Community Support forums, this has to be handled by the staff.

I have submitted several tickets. Nothing.

sigh if you read the news articles all tickets were deleted so the staff could get rid of the unnecessary ones. It was also stated in there that if multiple tickets were submitted to "bump" an issue they would be ignored/deleted with the threat of support ban.

The only thing I can suggest to you is to close all open tickets and make a new one with the info I suggested in my OP.

I am sorry if this is not what you want to hear, its the best I can do and what the Support staff has been telling us during the entire server upgrade.

I've closed all outstanding tickets and created one.

Hmm, they're missing out in the end. I can't upgrade my account to paid hosting until someone helps me!

When does LiveSupport come on? I might try and talk to someone.

I am sure the staff will attend to it as soon as they can. Corey said there was still about a week or so of work to do yet. Good luck!

Edit:

They may not have that on right now since they are doing the upgrade.
