what to do after logging in cpanel

I am completely new to building up a web site. Can anyone help me and guild me through to building up my site? I just don't have a clue after logging in cpanel apart from setting up the email address. Thanks.

Just go to file manager and upload your website files to public_html folder.You can also use FTP to upload your files.You should have a default page like index.html or index.php

Try clicking on Softaculous and using the software there to make a site, or click on Reptile SiteBuilder to make a site. Otherwise, you'll have to learn some html and make your own pages. Just search the internet for html tutorials and there are tons of sites that have html information available for free.
