I think, you're asking what will happen to your site if you run out of your bandwidth. Your account will be suspended till 1st of next month.

Um, expires? I don't think it expires. If you use the alloted bandwidth, your site will stop working until the new month when the bandwidth resets. If it happens too often, you can ask to upgrade your account or consider a paid hosting account.

Not currently at this time. There is no package or program to use credits to purchase hosting features.
