What would you pay for for unlimited hosting?

Well since there is no such thing as "unlimited" I would never trust a host that offers such plans.

simple host is not so good... sure they give some unlimited stuff but the bandwidth is pretty poor... 50 gigs for 8 bucks a month is pretty sad considering you can get just about the same from x10hosting for free.

Unlimited is a big word... there is no such thing as unlimted. The closest to unlimited is a dedicated server or something.

Best offer i seen was 250 GB disc space, 2.5 TB Bandwidth, 50 ftp accounts, 100 mysql, 5 free domains, 600 subdomains, 200 domains, 3000 email accounts, and some other stuff for 15 bucks a month... only problem is, the control panel sux. It is almost impossible to find something like this that gives cpanel with it.

Well the only wany to offer people "unlimited" hosting would be clustered servers and every single time the servers are about to run out of space/bandwith they cluster another one.

But that costs a lot of money.

Well, I don't need it right now, but if all goes well, in the future sometimes I will have a need for it. In my opinion if you actually needed unlimited 'everything' then you would be making enough money from your site to pay for it. :dunno:

I'd love to see the Terms of Service for the "unlimited" account. I'm betting there are lots of ways for them to cancel the account.
