Inside the zip file you will find 16X16,32X32 png favicon files and 32X32 favicon.ico file upload it to your server and replace the e107's favicon.

Well, I would suggest that if you are going to use matrix theme for the top, use it for the rest of the page too. To be honest, you have a lot of work a head of you, graphics wise. The content on the site, is nice and quite clean.
Only suggestion: Make the colors blend in, don't use one color for the top, and another for the middle and bottom, especially not colors that do not look right together.

To be honest I didn't make these template so I don't know how to change them around and stuff!
