What's going on!?! My domain isn't working properly!!

Hello.

I've recently got a .co.uk domain and modified it into this hosting account but when it's all sorted, it either shows as no accounts actually got it linked OR it redirects to the old url, which is false. It should work but I don't know..

1. It might be your .htaccess file redirecting it to the old name. If you don't know what to look for, post the contents here.

2. What does your index page do? Is it .php? Might it have a redirect in the code?

It's not a personal, written code. I have installed Dolphin social networking tool. Could it be the .htaccess file you mentioned?
