I understand that working on this is difficult. We are a lot of users, and I think sometimes you'll think you're going crazy if we complain all at the same time.
I like your services: free (and fast) hosting, cPanel, a lot of space and brandwidth, scripts, php, mysql... and we have to pay NOTHING.
That's good.
But, my question is:
instead of giving us "so much", and it's never working, why don't you offer a bit less, but ensure it's ALWAYS working?
It's only two weeks (maybe less) I have registered, and my sites were off for 2 days last week, and now it says that a necessary (for coppermine, joomla, wordpress etc) function is disabled.
Will you restore it? Won't you?
I think I'll give you one more chance, because it's maybe "a bad month" for this hosting. But if things don't change, I'll go back to my "all my life" hosting. It was a bit slower than yours, but IT ALWAYS WORKED.
That's the point. If you have X users, you have to ensure that over 90% are happy with your service, or else, you will have to think: "Maybe I'm doing something wrong??"
I hope this situation changes, because I was very happy for using your services, but I begin to think it doesn't worth.
At this moment, I wouldn't recomend this hosting to anybody, but I'm sure you'll change.
Please, we need to read you telling us what is going on.
