What's going on?

In the news section you speak about that we should login to cPanel to backup our stuff so it sounds like it should be working but I can't get in. I need to update my page. So what's going on?

The move of servers messed up a lot of cPanel passwords. Changing the password during the migration did not seem to always work. You should try one last time before we have a Staff set it for you.

Sign into Account Panel

Menu --> Account --> Update Password

'old password' is your current Forum password.

This sets both Forum and cPanel passwords.
