What's going on?

my account is suspended and the reasoning doesn't make sense. it says too much resource usage. it is my understanding this account has unlimited resources, ie bandwidth, storage, DB, etc. so i don't know how unlimited translates to having a limit. can you please take the suspension off? i clicked on the button that it told me to click on to remove the suspension and that was several hours ago and it's still suspended. my user id is dsgngd and my URL is: designingdivas.elementsfx.com.

The unlimited refers to storage and bandwidth. Even that is not 'unlimited'. If you use excessive amounts of either, you will be expected to explain.

Other resources, such as CPU time, CPU share, process memory, etc, are not unlimited. You are on a shared server and if an account hogs those resources, it is affecting thousands of other accounts. That is what the suspension was for.
