I can't access CPanel right now, due to the computer I'm on. But can I know what the FTP account is for me. What are some things you need first?

To connect to FTP, use these settings:
Port: 21
Server: boru.x10hosting.com
Username: avatardp
Password: [Your cPanel Password]
If you can't login there, try resetting your cPanel password: http://tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html
