Whats suspension?

Please help.Please say, why my akkaunt is constantly disconnected.Writes reason as a high loading on the system.But actually my sites consume very much a little traffic and visited low

High resource usage has very little to do with bandwidth and disk usage.

Even one user only can trigger that suspension.

It means your account is using more then its fair share of CPU and RAM. Typically a result of badly coded scripts/plugins or excessive use of plugins.

Typical causes is use of cache functions, that use up a lot resources while adding content to the cache.
