Whats the limit before i get banned

Im on Vox which seems to be acting up at the moment, however when everything is running right, how many site visits does it take before you get yelled at for over taxing this free hosting account ? Im thinking about when my forum grows ??

And why cant i see my current usage in the CPanel, just the supposed disk space used.

Most problems of resource overuse comes from poorly written scripts. WordPress plugins are a notorious culprit. Especially SEO types. You really don't need to update your sitemap for Google every time you add a blog post if you are adding 20 a day.
Or allowing bots to run free on your site (use CAPTCHA ) either generating spam posts or emails.
Or allowing site users to upload massive files (x10 is not a file warehouse)
