I installed WordPress.

http://coop.x10.bz/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

But,

Internal Server Error

Check any file or folder contains the 777 file permissions

They should be 755 or 644

php trouble?

What does the php file do? If it gets information from another server (via cURL, etc), port 80 outbound is blocked and can cause such a script to hang.

file upload - OK
wp-config.php - OK
.htaccess - OK
file permission - OK
HTML file(test) is open
But,WordPress's install.php file isn't open.
