What's up with my site?

With all these upgrading of the backend stuff, my site has suffered severely. I haven't been able to find a solution to my problem because I can't access my site for months now. I tried logging into cpanel boru server but even if I entered the right login details I get diverted back to the login page again and again. What's up with that?

The error I'm getting on your website is:
"Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://ripplingrealm.x10.bz/wp-admin/install.php”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page." - it looks like it's an error with the site.

I tried changing the password and still to no avail. How can I find out the ip to include in my hosts file in my OS (I'm using Windows 7 64-bit)? I always get redirected to cpanel's login page even after correctly placing the login details.
