Whats Wrong With My Account?

i didnt recieve any email telling me anything about ads or any other thing, i dont know if my account is suspended, i had the ads in every page so...it cannot be...for that, so...whats wrong i cannot login in my account or cpanel my details are:

Name: taxloss
Subdomain: taxloss.x10hosting.com
Hosting Plan:advanced

The problem is that i cannot see the page or navigate, no ftp download or upload, nothing, check it pls.

its quite strange I can post i can see web pages in internet... my dns are ok but i cant access to my account by ftp or browser can u give me another ip to check my account?the ip servers
i only have this one 70.86.136.178 and its not working thanks for checking it
