Whay does my website not opening

When i type my website url, it says website is busy and sometime take lots of time.
I though my website is suspended, then i visited here but it is not so.
Then what is the problem..

Your server, Stoli is having problems. Everybody on that server is in the same boat as you.
The Admins have been notified.
