cPanel is up.. Unless you mean your account hasn't been created yet.. It's anywhere from 5 minutes to 8 hours to create... Heh.. It's worth the wait..

It's un-official though, & isn't always accurate. I don't know what status message you're reading.

You've given this thread a really annoying title, by the way. Everyone has to waste their time opening the thread, before they can find out what it's about.
