... euhm... i see that the free hosting isn't rly stable here...if i pay for hosting will i be on a more stable server? and what will the prices be?, and will i be allowed to host underground rap songs?

You will be moved to the paid server after you buy hosting. It is stable. If any of the rap songs you have are copyrighted then no you cant if there not then its fine.

the songs shouldn't be copyrighted ... but you never know what band gets a deal

Credit = Credit card.. Debit = debit card = (or bank card)
