Hello,

Please log out of your account portal, then log back in. Wait for about 30 seconds, then try accessing cPanel again. We had a recent cpanel/portal syncing issue that was recently resolved, and this may be related to that.

If that does not work, please clear your browsers cache and cookies, then restart your browser and try again.
