When i try to save my database the progress stop at 1.1 MB. What should i do to fix this problem ?? Any suggestion ?

The exporting/backup of things on websites these past few days have been flaky. I've found the best time to download backups at this moment would be at around 11PM Eastern Time up until 4AM Eastern Time where the problems begin propping up again, so a 5 hour window to grab your backups. I backed up my site earlier this morning, it downloaded the entire site in a .gz file (totaling 86MB big, which is where it should be at) and it downloaded at 1MB/s. My SMF database also was downloaded this morning.
