When switching to cpanel x3 it says contact support and I try to click manage database user blank pg

as for switching to cPanel...
When the Admins get to this thread - they will forcefully (by hand) changed your account to use cPanel - unless the switching issue is fixed by then

as for mange database...
after your account is set to use cPanel - you can use 'phpMyAdmin' - unless the "x10hosting Basic!" not working with a database issue is fixed by then
